Parish of St Catherine
St Catherine Church community is part of the Hillingdon Deanery within the Diocese of Westminster. The Parish church of St Catherine is situated opposite The Green in the heart of West Drayton. The parish serves quite a large geographical area including Yiewsley, West Drayton and Harmondsworth village.
Father Brian Smith is the Parish priest and Reverend Nick Agule is the permanent deacon.
School and Parish work closely together throughout the year with regular social events to bring the community together and raise money for church and school.
Our children and staff musicians regularly join the Church choir at the 11am Mass on Sundays. During the year each class (from Reception to Year 6) will visit the Church for a lesson linked to topics covered in RE and to discover more about what makes our Church so special.
The children join the Parish to celebrate Mass at the start and end of each term and for important dates in the Church calendar such as Feast days and Holy Days of obligation. These are joyous events and the children regularly receive wonderful comments about their singing. Come along and hear for yourselves!
