Sports

Athough we are one of the smallest schools in our borough, we punch well above our weight in sport.

Each year we compete in football, netball,  cross country and rounders. We also take part in the borough Swimming Gala and District Sports Athletics competition.

We pride ourselves on sporting success and were football league winners in 2020 and 2022 and Cup Winners in 2019. In 2019 we won the Uxbridge District boys netball cup and in 2023 we were crowned District Sports champions.

We have also had successes in Cross Country - winning the boys team competition in 2019, the boys individual in 2019 and 2022 and the boys individual race in 2023.

We work with coaches from PSD (Primary Sporting Development), BeActiv and local netball and football clubs. They (alongside school staff) supply coaches for our after school activity programme which leads to gifted coaches inspiring children to develop their skills and promote enjoyment of sport.

Children are given the opportunity to take part in a range of different extra curricular sporting activities during the year and also take part in our Annual Sports for All Day, where the children are introduced to a variety of sports including Paralympic Sports such as Boccia and New Age Curling in recent years.
